University of Southampton Computational Modelling GroupThe Computational Modelling Group represents Southampton university academics and researchers using applied Computational Modelling to support the understanding and advancement of physical and natural sciences, engineering, medicine, economy, society, psychology, and other fields. This includes both the development of new computational methods and software, and the application of existing simulation tools and software packages. Members of the group come from a multitude of departments at the University of Southampton, and use a wide variety computational hardware, ranging from desktop machines, dedicated work workstations, the Southampton Linux cluster Iridis to the UK's high performance computing resources HPCx and HECToR and ARCHER. A web presence of this group is available at cmg.soton.ac.uk If you would like more information, please browse cmg.soton.ac.uk , or contact Hans Fangohr (fangohr@soton.ac.uk). |
