Multi-scale modelling of biochemical systems (2009-2012)ΒΆ

This project investigates the development and use of novel simulation methods to study biological systems at different length scales. The approaches adopted combine atomistic representations (such as molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo methods) of biological molecules with continuum methods (such as finite element and finite difference schemes).
