Computational tools used in Hans’ group include Python, Scipy, Numpy, Matplotlib, Jupyter, Binder, C, Cython, MPI, OpenMP, LLM, Git, Gitlab, Github, py.test, hypothesis, VTK, MayaVi, Paraview, Netgen, Gmsh, LaTeX, Emacs, org-mode, OOMMF, Nmag, Ubermag, NeuralMag, Debian, Ubuntu, Mac OS X, HPC, sphinx, Containers. If you have experience with any of these, then this is great. Otherwise, you will learn those that are important to your project as part of the studentship/job.
