nsim¶

Introduction¶

nsim is a general purpose library for multiphysics simulations based on finite elements.

Features¶

Features include:

  • creation of operator (stiffness) matrices from symbolic representation of differential operator

  • arbitrary (integer) order of basis (shape) functions

  • arbitrary (integer) number of dimensions of simulation domain and physics to be computed in the domain.

Application examples¶

nmag¶

nsim is used by the nmag package.
